Terms of Service

Effective September 4, 2026

These terms apply to applications and participation in events organized by the Arab American Professional Network (“AAPN”). By submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

Application and admission

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or admission. AAPN may accept, waitlist, or decline an application based on capacity and program considerations. Applicants will be notified of a decision by email. Acceptance at this stage is not a paid reservation or confirmation of attendance.

Event details and payment

The date, venue, and any attendance fee for the upcoming gathering have not been announced. No payment is required to apply. If a fee is introduced, AAPN will communicate the event details and payment terms separately before asking an accepted applicant to pay.

Refund policy

Any refund policy for the upcoming gathering will be communicated before payment opens. For payments made for previous events, the terms disclosed when those payments were made remain applicable.

Event changes and conduct

AAPN may make reasonable changes to event timing, programming, or venue details. Attendees must act respectfully and follow organizer and venue instructions. AAPN may deny entry or require a person to leave when reasonably necessary for safety or event integrity.

Information accuracy

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate contact and professional information. Any future invitation or payment link will be intended only for the accepted applicant and should not be shared.
