The Arab American Professional Network (“AAPN,” “we,” or “us”) uses the information submitted through this website to review applications and coordinate AAPN events.

Information we collect

For the upcoming gathering, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, profession, organization, goals for the gathering, and optional LinkedIn profile. We do not ask for attendance confirmation, guest details, or payment at this stage. Previous event records may also contain attendance, guest, and payment information. Stripe processes any eventual payment; AAPN does not receive or store your complete card number.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review applications, communicate acceptance or other decisions, later share event details and any applicable payment instructions, provide support, and maintain event records. We do not sell personal information or use event applications for unrelated commercial marketing.

Service providers

We use service providers including Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Replit for application hosting and data infrastructure, and other providers needed to operate the event. They process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Data protection and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to authorized organizers. We retain event records as reasonably necessary for operations, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may reply to an AAPN email to ask a question or request correction or deletion of your application information, subject to records we must retain for financial or legal reasons.
